Read about my conference experience over at The Barn Door. I am in the middle of the Nouwen book and the word “sweet” comes to mind. Reminds me of a Bishop Tutu book I once read where every chapter started with “Dear Child of God.” I am also “composting” my new manuscript idea, plot, characters, etc. I’m getting very excited to start outlining.
I declare that Fall is for productivity. Who’s with me?
Fall is for pumpkin-based desserts and beautiful long walks amid the changing foliage. And productivity. And fun. Man, I’m putting a lot of pressure on Fall.
I’m going to go with: Fall is for fun! Productive is exhausting.
It was cool to hear you talk after your conference. It felt like you had significantly grown as a fiction writer.
